hey there chicas! it's verency and i'm here with a requested tip for you guys! it was requested by @niallator99 and she wanted to know 'how do get rid of darkness under your eyes'

we've all been there. we stay up too late by choice or not and wake up with those ugly circles under our eyes.
O1. - ; plenty of sleep works, but if you miss that, don't worry! there's a few methods that work to reduce either the puffiness / darkness. 7-9 hours is usually a really good thing to aim for in terms of sleep. if you loose too much sleep in a period of time, you're loosing vitamins and it affects your body a lot more then you may think long term.
O2. - ; eating well. usually celery or a green apple would work best. also, reduce your salt intake.
O3. - ; use cucumber slices! you only need to do it for 1O-15 minutes and it's a great thing for quick mornings. make sure not to open your eyes!
O4. - ; ice-cubs wrapped in a paper towel! again, only a 1O-15 minute deal. make sure to lay down, too.
O5. - ; even a frozen spoon works! haha, it sounds really funny but my mum did it once and it works so well. put a spoon in the freezer for 1O-15 minutes. hold it on your eyes until it's warm.
O6. - ; use a under-eye cream. i use an elf under-eye concealer & highlighter and for a dollar, it works wonders! make sure to get one that is one shade lighter then your skin tone. put the highlighter on first and then the concealer. remember not to put the concealer or highlighter anywhere else on your skin but your eyes! bb cream works too.
